About Prava

Prava is VC-backed startup that helps physical, occupational, ABA and speech therapists start, run, and grow independent private practices with the support of AI. We provide the infrastructure and support clinicians need to succeed, including software, credentialing, billing, referral management, and administrative operations, so they can focus on delivering excellent care.

The Role

This is not a traditional sales role. Your job is simple: make Prava grow in your market.

You will be responsible for building both sides of the market—finding exceptional therapists and creating enough demand to keep them busy.

That means recruiting providers, helping them build their caseloads, developing referral relationships, identifying and signing local businesses and organizations, and solving whatever is preventing the market from growing.

This is a highly entrepreneurial and highly field-based role. You should expect to spend the majority of your time in the market—meeting therapists, visiting prospective partners, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning those opportunities into completed patient visits.

You will have significant autonomy in determining how to grow the market. We care much more about outcomes than following a prescribed playbook.

What You’ll Do

Build the provider network

Identify and recruit exceptional PTs, OTs, and SLPs in the market.

Develop relationships with clinicians and become someone the local therapy community knows and trusts.

Help new providers get started quickly and build meaningful caseloads.

Understand why providers are underutilized and take action to get their schedules filled.

Build local provider density so Prava can serve patients throughout the market.

Generate patient demand

Develop local referral channels that consistently generate new patients.

Build relationships with physicians, care managers, senior living communities, home health agencies, community organizations, and other sources of therapy referrals.

Identify underserved patient populations and create ways for Prava providers to reach them.

Work directly with providers to help them develop their own local referral networks.

Sign local businesses and organizations

Identify SMBs and local organizations that could benefit from working with Prava.

Prospect, meet with decision-makers, communicate Prava’s value proposition, and close partnerships.

Develop relationships with senior living operators, home health agencies, physician practices, employers, community organizations, and other healthcare partners.

Turn signed relationships into actual patient volume—not just contracts.

Own the market

Know what is happening on the ground at all times.

Understand where demand exists, where providers are available, where capacity is constrained, and where the next growth opportunity is likely to come from.

Identify problems before they become bottlenecks and solve them.

Experiment with new growth channels and double down quickly when something works.

Work closely with Prava’s recruiting, operations, clinical, product, and leadership teams to remove barriers to growth.

Ultimately, take responsibility for the performance of your market.

Who You Are

You are highly entrepreneurial and comfortable operating without a detailed playbook.

You enjoy being out in the world meeting people and building relationships.

You are naturally commercial and can sell, recruit, network, and problem-solve.

You are persistent. When one approach does not work, you find another.

You are comfortable walking into a business, introducing yourself, and starting a conversation.

You can build trust with both healthcare professionals and business owners.

You move quickly and prefer action over excessive planning.

You are highly accountable and take ownership of results.

You are comfortable being measured on market performance rather than just your individual activity.

You are energized by building something from the ground up.

Experience

We are flexible on background and care more about capability than a specific résumé.

Strong candidates may have experience in:

  • Market launching or market expansion

  • Healthcare business development

  • Local or field sales

  • Marketplace businesses

This is not intended to be a primarily remote, desk-based growth role.

Some local travel throughout the market will be required.
