Job Specifics:

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver dedicated, one-on-one therapy services. In this role, you will enjoy exceptional flexibility, with options to provide care in our outpatient clinic on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, through mobile outpatient visits, or via a hybrid model of both.

This is a premier opportunity for a proactive therapist who thrives on professional autonomy and is excited to take a leading role in establishing and growing a specialized OT program within the clinic.

Note: You will be employed directly by our partner clinic, leveraging Prava’s AI platform, care models, and operational ecosystem to deliver high-quality care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individualized outpatient occupational therapy services with a focus in orthopedics

• Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes

• Complete documentation using an intuitive, AI forward electronic medical record (EMR)

• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed

• Manage your own schedule and geographic territory

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type:

• Part-time to start but looking for someone who wants to grow a caseload to FT potential
