Ayrsley Town Rehab is a well-established outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Charlotte, NC, now proudly operated by Prava Therapy. We are committed to delivering individualized, one-on-one patient care while leveraging innovative technology to make documentation and scheduling more efficient. Our therapists utilize an AI-powered EMR with seamless desktop and mobile access, allowing more time to focus on patient care.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist whose primary role will be evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). For therapists interested in additional hours, there is also the opportunity to treat patients beyond evaluation visits.

Note: You will be employed directly by our partner clinic, leveraging Prava’s AI platform, care models, and operational ecosystem to deliver high-quality care.

What You'll do:

• Evaluations & Care Plans: Perform comprehensive initial evaluations for new orthopedic patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.

• Supervision & Leadership: Supervise and collaborate closely with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state practice acts.

• Clinical Oversight: Complete re-evaluations, progress assessments, and maintain effective communication with referring providers and the rehab team.

• Streamlined Admin: Maintain accurate documentation efficiently using our AI-powered EMR.

• Optional Direct Care: Provide direct, hands-on patient treatment based on your preference and schedule.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license.

• Strong orthopedic examination and clinical reasoning skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
