About Carefull

Carefull is a fintech company that protects the financial lives of older adults and the families who support them. Our platform helps catch fraud, scams and costly money mistakes early, and gives families a safe, shared way to look out for one another's finances.

We reach customers through the institutions they already trust. Banks, credit unions and wealth management firms partner with Carefull to offer financial protection to their clients, from community financial institutions to large enterprise partners. It is a fast-growing, mission-driven business at the intersection of fintech, financial services and an aging population, and every new partnership puts protection in front of more families.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Analyst is the analytical engine behind every new bank, credit union and wealth partnership Carefull signs. You will price and model deals, keep the pipeline honest, and turn sales and marketing data into clear recommendations on where we should spend time and money.

You will work directly with the sales and partnerships team on deals ranging from community financial institutions to large enterprise partnerships. This is a generalist seat on a small team: high ownership, broad exposure to how a B2B2C fintech goes to market, and a direct line from your analysis to revenue.

What You'll Do

Pricing and deal structure

  • Build and maintain pricing and commercial models for community FI and enterprise deals
  • Support pricing iteration and negotiation, modeling scenarios as terms change
  • Run margin and deal-economics analysis so we know what each deal is worth before we sign

Sales operations

  • Own pipeline hygiene and management in our CRM
  • Build recurring pipeline, forecast and performance reporting for leadership
  • Maintain lead and deal attribution across channels

Win/loss and sales optimization

  • Track wins and losses and the reasons behind them
  • Analyze patterns and recommend changes to targeting, messaging, pricing and process

Marketing analysis

  • Use lead attribution to measure the return on channel partners, events and campaigns
  • Recommend where to increase, cut or reallocate marketing spend

RFPs and enterprise deals

  • Coordinate RFP responses and the moving parts of large enterprise deals across sales, product, legal, security and operations
  • Keep timelines, requirements and deliverables on track

Channel sales support and enablement

  • Support channel partners with materials, data and deal support
  • Help equip partners and our own team to sell Carefull effectively

Top-of-funnel (potential)

  • Help design, run and test cold outreach campaigns to generate new pipeline

Broad GTM support

  • Pitch in wherever the go-to-market team needs analytical horsepower or an extra set of hands

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2–5 years of work experience after your undergraduate degree
  • A quantitative background: a degree in finance, economics, math, engineering, statistics or similar, or equivalent analytical work experience
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort building models from scratch, plus fluency using AI tools to speed up analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail; your numbers are right and your models are clean
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starting approach; you spot what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked
  • Clear written and verbal communication; you can turn analysis into a recommendation a busy executive can act on
  • Comfort juggling many deals and priorities at once in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

  • Financial modeling experience (banking, consulting, corp dev, FP&A or similar)
  • Deal pricing or commercial modeling experience (helpful, not required)
  • Experience in sales ops, revenue ops or GTM analytics
  • Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Exposure to banks, credit unions, wealth management or B2B fintech
  • Experience with RFPs or complex enterprise sales cycles
